WEST SILVER CLOUD property [currently available for option]

The West Silver Cloud gold-silver grassroots prospect comprises 38 unpatented lode mining claims, totaling 760 acres, located 32 airline miles northeast of Battle Mountain and immediately west of Geologix' Silver Cloud.  The property is situated along the Northern Nevada Rift (“NNR”), a Miocene-age structural zone that hosts several current or past producing mines and one major development project.  These deposits have combined production and resources of at least 6,000,000 oz Au, the largest being Newmont’s Mule Canyon and Ken Snyder mines and the Great Basin Gold/Hecla Ivanhoe deposit that is currently in development.

West Silver Cloud is in hilly, sagebrush-covered desert with access by Interstate 80 to Battle Mountain, and then north on maintained dirt roads for approximately 45 miles.  The climate is favorable for year-round mining, with all supplies and services needed for a successful exploration and mining available in the area.

Exploration to date includes surface prospecting and geochemical sampling of altered bedrock.  The observed surface indications are similar to subtle features found above high-grade vein systems in the Ivanhoe and Midas-Gold Circle district and additional exploration is warranted.

It is recommended that a geophysics program be conducted on the property to further define drill targets, followed by a diamond drilling program.
